**NEW In-Studio – Beginning Yoga is an ongoing class designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those in post-recuperating mode seeking to increase mobility, flexibility, and balance. Class is very slow-paced and focused on developing clear and safe postural alignment in foundational poses. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. You will learn to integrate this with the breath and movement of your body. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you.
